Application: COMET8 is an incubator-reader for automatic simultaneous detection of 8 groups of antibiotics in milk (>50 antibiotic substances). The analyser has eight positions for the simultaneous or individual analysis of eight Eclipse Farm 4G or Explorer 2.0 tests. The device connects via Bluetooth or WiFi to the mobile / tablet for starting the automatic test, reading or downloading the results on test4all.es platform.
Sample: 100μL of raw milk or meat
Assay temperature: 65°C ± 1°C / 63°C ± 1°C
Assay time: 2 hours 30 min for milk samples; 3 hours for meat samples.
Connectivity: Bluetooth, Wifi, USB.
Validations: Internal validation according to ISO 13969:2003. External validation by the Belgian Reference Laboratory ILVO.
