Product Description
Application: Immunochemical lateral flow test (LFIA) for the detection of the serogroups A-E of Salmonella in food and from surfaces. The test lets perform all the assay in a single device: incubation of the sample in the culture medium, immunochromatograhic assay, and inactivation of the sample and culture medium.
Limit of Detection (LoD): Absence in 25 g or 100 cm2.
Sample: Food or surface swab.
Assay time: 24 hours / 37 ◦C.
Result evaluation: Visual.
